Beginners & Mums CrossFit
A 4 Week introduction to CrossFit that will teach you all about the gym, the equipment we use and you’ll learn how to control your body and the equipment. A great start if you’re new to exercise and there’s no lock-in contract!

SurgeFit
A good introduction to CrossFit without all the bells and whistles. In SurgeFit we focus on cardio improvements and there is no barbells or gymnastics involved. A great starter to the gym for novice athletes!!
Kids
In our Kids classes we focus on body weight movements, running and cardio improvements to help children learn how to control their bodies, get them off the couch and improve their posture!
